The Charlotte Hornets is a professional basketball game that plays its game at the Spectrum Center in Uptown Charlotte. The Charlotte Hornets are largely owned by the Hall of Famer of Basketball named Michael Jordan who acquired a controlling interest in the Charlotte Hornets team. The Franchise of Charlotte Hornets was recognized in 1988 as a development team that is owned by George Shinn. The Bobcats broadcasted when they would change their name of their team to the Charlotte Hornets once again for the season of 2014 to 2015 season.
